Weekly Menu, Oct 2

I made it! I wanted to have this posted by tonight and I did it! Yeah! We've had a busy week, too. My daughter was off school for the week so we were busy doing all the stuff we don't normally get to do while school is in session. The zoo, the Children's Museum, the parks, it was a busy week.  Now we're back to it for a week before my son will be on break and I get to have fun all over again. He's already making plans about what we will be doing.

This week I am trying out one pinterest recipe, but other than that I'm trying to practice using leftovers in a different way so food isn't wasted.We've had a lot of leftovers lately that need to get eaten or I will cry. That's how sad it is.

I was busy today with stocking the freezer with pancakes, muffins, and burger buns. Hopefully that will keep us going for breakfast for a week or two. Hope you have a great week! Enjoy!
