This morning we had a bazillion bananas that were ripe and needed to be in bread immediately! I managed to crank out a giant batch of banana walnut mini muffins and then made an amazing batch of chocolate banana mini muffins. These little guys are melt-in-your-mouth amazing! I am going to try to get the recipe up this week; they are so good! I think I could have eaten the whole batch myself...my kids discovered me and I had to share. Man!
This week I am trying a couple new things. I'm hoping to modify the crockpot pizza a little to make it with homemade ingredients. I'm really excited about it. My son is on break for the week, so I'm going to have a helper. We'll see if I'm too ambitious, but I think we can do it.

There are some classics as well, including stew meat (a bachelor-chow classic for us) and MacNBeef. So here we go. Another awesome week! I can't wait to see what we come up with in the kitchen this week. Have a great one, and enjoy!
