Busy week last week
with a lot of ups and downs. We have been rocked once again by illness that’s
kept some home this week. We had doctors appointments and kinder registration
all mixed in there as well. New sports practices and keeping up with our other
sports at the same time. It's all getting pretty crazy.
Through all that, we were able to stick to the menu pretty
well last week. We tried a couple new dishes, including Crockpot Angel Pork Chops
(I used chicken), which wasn’t a big hit, and double-fried curly fries, which
were A.W.E.S.O.M.E!
This week I am sticking to the basics. We are getting used
to our new sports schedule and have a busy weekend of activity planned so I don’t
want to have to worry too much about food.
I did slip a pin or two in there, so that will keep things interesting.
