I had to mix up the schedule a bit with changes, including trying the meatballs on Wednesday so they'd be ready when we got home from karate and bumping stew meat for this week (I just couldn't find the energy to cook that night, ha ha). So, I tried to lay out a menu that would work with our schedule changes, but there's no guarantee. I'm sure it will continue to change as we get used to our new year.

I am particularly excited to try sloppy joes. I'm not sure why but my kids haven't tried this yet. It used to be one of my fave's. I also look forward to trying the ham steak from Costco. My Mom has made it a couple times and it's super yummy. Hubs isn't such a fan of ham so we'll see how it goes. Oh, and FYI, I am lovin' the kefir shakes. I am still figuring out some recipes that I like, but it's been a winner so far. Here's to a week of excitement and enjoyment as we march off to new adventures!
