Last weeks menu went well...for the first half of the week. Then sickness caused things to fall apart. I picked out some meals this week that should be easier and quicker, allowing for more time and versatility. I think it should work out nicely.

Let's dig in! It all sounds so good! It's so late I can't link things up, but I'll try to come back later this week and get them hooked up.
