Weekly Menu, May 22

Last week went super well, and this week is not off to a good start. We had a wonderful baseball game, which has been lots of super fun. Unfortunately, end of the year parties and gatherings have kept me so busy I didn't get dinner put together the way I'd hoped. Oh well, you win some and you loose some. Hopefully the rest of the week will go better.

I am keeping everything really simple and straightforward because I knew this week would be crazy. Next week will be just as bad (heads up) but then it should calm a little as we get into the summer swing. I am looking forward to relaxing a bit and spending some time with my kiddos. Maybe even some time in the kitchen.

I know it seems like chicken pot pie keeps coming up, but I have struggled to actually get it on the table. Every time it appears I'm hopeful this will be the week. If the stars align. I have all the ingredients and they really need to be used up.
